DUMPSTER RENTAL AGREEMENT

10- Yard dumpster is a great solution for all your household clean out needs, small renovation and yard debris. Our dumpsters are 11Ft Long X 8Ft Wide X 4Ft High.

Rental Fees are as Follows: 

• $365.00- 2 Day Rental 

• $425.00- 7 Day Rental

• $12.00 Per Day Per Request 

The above rental fees include the delivery and removal of the dumpster and the first ton of material. The rental fee does not cover additional tonnage, there will be an additional cost of $150.00 per ton. 

Dumpster Rental Conditions: The Mass D.E.P has banned the following items from all landfills. If any of these items are placed in the Dumpster there will be additional costs. 

• Televisions Screens & Computer Screens- $90.00 Each

• Mattresses- $125.00 Each

• Propane Tanks- $50.00 Each

• Railroad Ties and Creosote Poles-$250.00 Each

• Machine and Truck Tires- $300.00 Each 

• Appliances Containing Freon For Example: Air Conditioners, Refrigerators, Freezers, Dehumidifiers- $75.00 Each 

• Washing Machines, Dryer, Dishwashers-$75.00 Each 

Dumpster Re-Location Fee: Moving a dumpster from one location to another at the same address-$150.00 Moving a dumpster to another address-$200.00

You will need to call E’Bros when you are done with your dumpster. Any day over your selected rental duration is $12.00 Per Day. E’Bros will not accept any Hazardous or Special Waste for example: Medical Waste, Liquid Waste ( Paint, Oil, Fuel, Solvents Ect.) Additional cost associated with hazardous material will be the customer’s responsibility.
